Where we deliver: delivers to most countries world wide. We will only deny delivery to nations deemed as a fraud or safety risk. These banned countries are not published as they change too often. Customers from banned countries will be alerted to this in an email and refund of payment.

How we deliver:

We will use an international courier service of our choosing. The service we use will depend on your delivery location, cost and service reliability of courier.


Processing payment:

Due to regular attempts to commit fraud against our business we ask that customers allow up to 5 working days for payment processing. This allows us to confirm genuine payment with financial institutions. if you are not willing to wait 5 working days to have your payment processed, please feel free to shop elsewhere.


Delivery times:

USA & Canada : Generally within 7 working days of payment being processed

Europe: 12-17 working days after payment processed

South America: 12-17 working days after payment processed

Asia and Oceania: 15-20 working days after payment processing

Africa: 20-30 days after payment processing

Regardless of your location by accessing this site and placing an order you agree to allow up 40 working days from payment processing; for delivery, before initiating any action to recoup payment.

This period allows for events out of our control, and allows us time to investigate location of packages fully.

Should you initiate action to recoup payment before this time expires you request will be denied, and this notification will be forwarded to the payment processor as evidence that you have agreed to these terms and will not receive refund until the agreed time frame has expired.
